Bacoor’s DTI Go Negosyo Center

In 2015, the City Government of Bacoor launched the biggest DTI Negosyo Center in CALABARZON and the first in the Province of Cavite. Under the R.A. 10644 or Go Negosyo Act, this establishment aims to promote “ease of doing business and facilitate access to services for SMEs within its jurisdiction” in all provinces, cities and municipalities. It was authored by Sen. Bam Aquino to strengthen MSMEs to create more job opportunities in the country. It was signed into law by the President Benigno S. Aquino III on 15 July 2014, and which took effect on 13 January 2015.
The establishment of the Bacoor Negosyo Center marks the City Government’s commitment and support to small medium enterprises (SMEs) and the business sector as a whole. This center offers a ‘one-stop shop of services catering to the entrepreneur’s needs in processing requirements to establish a business, and in accessing information essential for their growth’. It encourages budding entrepreneurs to treat the Bacoor Negosyo Center as their own, and make it their go-to place when it comes to transacting their businesses.
